Terence was great! This was my second time hiring Terence and I would do it again. I hired Terrance to mount a tv and create an outlet for a tv I already have mounted. In addition to those task he hung a few different wall decor items. He made sure every time was placed exactly how I wanted. Terrance was flexible, willing to do other task that were not initially planned m. Being that I was hosting an event in my home that day he stayed longer than anticipated to complete everything. Thank you very much Terrance and God bless!

It was my first time using Thumbtack, so I did not know what to expect. Terence was awesome. He was quick to respond to my request, he clearly outlined the cost, and determined a convenient timeframe for a service call.

When he arrived he was prompt, courteous and very professional. He fully understood the work to be performed and started right away. He was totally prepared with the necessary tools and supplies and finished the job with ease. He even reviewed some sloppy work done by others and noted potential issues. He offered to fix them as part of the original service call price.

As we were finishing, he offered to shake my hand and he noted that he was still wearing work gloves. He immediately removed the gloves, looked me in the eye and thanked me for the opportunity. A class act.

I would highly recommend him for any of your low voltage work. I took his card so I can refer some business to him. Thank you Terence.
