Tona services moved a studio apartment to three flights of stairs at the next location in less than two hours. I took it upon myself to be helpful and move some stuff but the gentlemen kept taking the things away from me saying that he has it and reminding me that’s what I booked there services for haha. One guy was 30 mins late so they restarted my time without me even having to ask. Very polite gentleman whom were fast. Thank you for making this move and day stress free. I appreciate your time and helpfulness.

Although it took longer than I anticipated, these two guys worked very well together. They weren’t just about the job, they were friendly, and would communicate. They were very detailed about their work. When mounting the TV brackets, he checked, and double check to make sure it was even. The responsiveness was amazing! I called the day before and I was able to get movers. That’s not always a practical request to make. Value at $89 per hour was better than anyone else on Thumbtack. I was skeptical, except they did have a five star review(s). I was very satisfied with my moving experience. Oh yeah, they made sure everything was placed exactly where I wanted it. They brought down my bed and reassembled it at the new location. I would hire them again.

TONA did a move out clean last minute for us when another company we hired did not show up. Our lease was ending and we needed someone within 18 hours. TONA responded to our request for services within minutes and scheduled to be at our house the next morning. They arrived on time and did an amazing job!
