John and his crew were amazing to work with! John was super responsive and was able to come out the next day to install insulation in my attic. He answered all my questions and went above and beyond to help make my house soundproof. I would definitely recommend him for your insulation install! Excellent service & excellent price, couldn’t be happier. He walked me through my choices and the effects/prices of the different insulations. He included the batting in the cost and did an awesome job! John was a pleasure to work with and is 100% a solid owner/operator. I do wish there was a way to tell how much savings i’ll get in heating and cooling costs but i’ll keep an eye on the bills and kw usage in the future and try to remember to provide an update. Currently averaging 1200kwh per month. Expecting savings of ~50kwh to 100kwh as my AC in my 2 story ~1900 sqft home uses almost half of the total energy usage per month i think.
At $0.20 per kwh that’s $20 a month assuming the high end. Payback in less than 5 years 👍
