I hired JDog for some large furniture removal. They arrived exactly at the time we agreed upon! Owner came to introduce himself and gave me a little "history" of their company. I couldn't have picked a better business to help me. Just knowing my stuff will be repurposed and going to deserving Vets makes me feel real good!! My 2 workers, Chuck and Jason were awesome! Did what was asked of them and sprinkled some humor along the way. All in all a great experience! - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?The standard for junk hauling is based of space taken in a trailer. Our trailers are bigger (6x6x12), so we can haul more junk than others. We are a local Veteran Owned and Operated company, So if you get a written quote from our competition we will beat that price regardless of how much it is...... we can do that because we have the latitude and flexibility others don't have... the competition is mandated by their corporate offices in New York and San Francisco!!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Call us. We will find an opportunity to make it to your location so we can properly quote you (don't want to over price anything). We will give the best price possible. If the personal quote is not possible, we will do our best over the phone or via text/email. We will use pictures if available. Communication is key for 100% customer satisfaction!!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I retired after 27 years of Active Duty in the Army. I want to serve my community, we hire only Veterans and we recycle, repurpose and donate trying to keep junk from the landfill as much as possible.
