- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No, because of the wide range of work that we do and the unique requirements of each job it is not plausible to develop a standard pricing system for all services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to make initial contact to determine the needs of the customer. We take notes and pictures/video of the property for planning purposes. We perform agreed upon work and follow up to ensure that all the needs of the customer have been met.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
All types of customers from single/on-call maintenance to high end landscape overhaul to commercial landscaping and maintenance clients and everything in between.
