It takes someone with the knowledge of the industry and my customer service experience puts me in a very unique position to do what I do best. With over 12 years in the industry and a Army vet with over 17 years of service. My customer service skills of over 8 years in the retail industry with Best Buy as a Service Technician and Lowes as a Customer Service Rep helps with my interaction with customers.

Reginald did a fantastic job updating my 1950's style receptacles which were not grounded to modern grounded and GFCI outlets. He was courteous, prompt and provided an honest quote on the job with no surprises. I will be using Reginald for all of my electrical projects going forward!!

I had Mr. Smith install a lighting fixture (with foreign language instructions). He did it quickly and flawlessly. Also had him replace some light switches to dimmers. Again, perfect. He arrived EXACTLY the time he said he would, and kept to his absolutely fair price quote. No question I'll use him again. Oh, and courteous too. Hire him for YOUR next project.
