About
I am a fully bonded and insured Florida Notary Public currently performing Mobile in-person Notary services in the Central Florida area including but not limited to Orlando, Maitland, Longwood, Sanford, Apopka, Altamonte Springs, Ocoee, and Kissimmee. I don't believe in hidden fees or cutting corners. I do my job by the book and provide transparent and itemized pricing information and invoices to all clients. Note: I charge a base Appt reservation fee of $10 - $50 due prior to travel to discourage last-minute cancellations and No-Shows. I sometimes waive this fee if a client travels to me instead of me traveling to them, or if the job is very close in proximity to my usual service area (32810). Moreover, I ask a lot of questions. I enjoy doing my job well and providing clients with a strong sense of security and confidence when it comes to properly Notarizing and Executing their documents. I understand that mistakes, oversights, and negligence on the part of the Notary are often costly to the client and can have personally and professionally devastating consequences ranging anywhere from a minor delay to the invalidation of a business deal or the refusal of third parties to legally recognize a Power of Attorney. I pride myself on professional accuracy, transparency, and integrity above all else. I don't just provide a stamp and signature for a fee as a service, I provide peace of mind.

Andrew was very responsive when we reached out for an appointment. He changed his schedule around to meet my needs, kept me updated on every step since I was in one State and my siblings were in Florida where I needed him to get some paperwork notarized for me. It was a pleasure working with him I highly recommend him. Thank you Andrew!

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

I first became interested in Notary work after a notary public, whose services I procured for my elderly mother with early-onset dementia (for healthcare proxy and POA forms), failed to notice or inform us that the Notarial Certificates we had initially were legally insufficient. The notary had been commissioned for 3 years at that point in time and charged us $140 for services that amounted to legal and professional misconduct. This caused us quite the headache. So I decided to become a notary to learn everything I had to in order to ensure that I had all the knowledge necessary to properly complete the required documents for my mom while holding those professionals accountable for their misconduct. Now, I offer my services as a Notary Public and take pride in the fact that all my clients have the peace of mind that comes with the knowledge that I would never put someone else in the position that my mom and I found ourselves in. I take my work seriously and strive to help make the lives of other people easier, not harder.
