FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Florida law sets the maximum fee for each notarized signature. Mobile notary appointments also include a travel fee based on your location. I'll always provide transparent pricing before your appointment, so you'll know the total cost upfront—no surprises or hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting started is easy! Simply send me a message with: • The type of document(s) you need notarized • Your preferred meeting location • Your availability I'll confirm pricing, answer any questions, and schedule an appointment at a time and place that's convenient for you. At the appointment, I'll verify identification, complete the notarization, and make sure everything is handled accurately and professionally.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Florida commissioned Notary Public and an NNA Certified Signing Agent. I have successfully completed loan signing training, maintain a current background screening, and carry $100,000 in Errors & Omissions insurance. I stay current on Florida notary laws and industry best practices through continuing education.
