FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Florida law limits the fee charged for the notarial act itself. Mobile appointments may also include a travel or convenience fee based on location, while Remote Online Notarization may include separate platform or service costs. I’ll always provide the total price before you book, so there are no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting started is simple. Send me a message with the type of document you need notarized, how many signers are involved, your preferred timing, and whether you would prefer a mobile or Remote Online Notary appointment. I’ll confirm whether I can assist, provide pricing, and arrange the appointment. At the appointment, I’ll verify identification, complete the required notarial act, and make sure the notarization is completed accurately and professionally.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Florida commissioned Notary Public and registered Remote Online Notary. I am also an NNA Certified Signing Agent, maintain a current background screening, and carry $100,000 in Errors & Omissions insurance. I stay current on Florida notary laws and industry best practices through continuing education.
