I called to have a new POA notarized and witnessed for my wife at her rehab facility. I was able to schedule it rather quickly which included a reschedule a day later due to a notary not being available at the original time 2pm time slot which is the only time of day that works at the rehab hospital I got it rescheduled for the next day at 2pm and it worked out. The price was higher than others in my area but the service was fine. The responsiveness was world class.

i'm a disabled Senior and needed a Power Of Attorney notarized and another paper copied , i'm also homeless so unable to make copies myself where I am. They were so nice and courteous and despite the fact I am very DUH they were extremely patient with me.
I accidently paid for the service twice ( Did I mention i'm DUH) and they were so nice and considerate , working with me to send back one of my payments.
I do highly recommend them. I feel the travel fee was a bit high but the courtesy, professionalism and how they go out of their way to help you get what you need and deserve that was worth it for me

Our notary was absolutely lovely. She was kind, professional, and extremely efficient. To no fault of the Notary, she was about an hour and a half late because Sealing time did not even assign her until 5:36p when we had scheduled to meet at 5:30. I even called the day before to just double check everything was set and ready and I was informed I would get email comformations the day before and the day of, and these emails didn't come in until 20 minutes before our scheduled time, informing me at the last second our Notary wouldn't be there until nearly 7p. The poor woman had to rush last second, dropping everything to drive over an hour to get to us. She was wonderful despite the lack of communication from the company. Overall still 5 stats but its apparent communication and planning on behalf of whoever is dispatching these Notaries needs improvement.
