My experience with Vegan Chef has been very positive and I can always count on the food to be quite tasty, when ordered. As a nutritional coach, she has demonstrated the knowledge and patience to help my family reach the "health" goals we've set about a year ago. The cooking classes I attended (everyone in attendance is allowed to sample the food), were the reason I decided to eat more vegan meals. There's where the cook book comes in handy, as it is so easy to follow the recipes!

Judith did a food demonstration showing how to prepare healthy vegan foods.The foods she prepared were very tasty, using readily available ingredients. She fixed a vegan cheesecake which was the best cheesecake I've ever had. I didn't realize that vegan foods could be that delightful.
