Introduction: My customers come first. I will go above and beyond any of my customers expectations would have. If they ask me a question, that I don't know the answer to, I am not afraid to tell them I don't know, but I will get back to them as soon as possible. I am not happy until my cutomers are estactic. I try to explain the general process, so that they know what to expect. I am very upfront about all of the possible costs, including the filing fees, the parenting class fees, the summons fees. I do not want there to be any surprises. I care about each and every person that I come across. I treat everyone as I would want to be treated.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    That they(the customer) should feel confident in who they hire. Ask the provider what they do and how they do it. What guarantee do they have. I have no problems letting the customers call and talk to past customers. I receive referrals. I let them know, that if for any reason there is another form to fill out, that I do it at no charge. I tell them to feel free on calling me and talking about any concern, call and let me know how things are going. I keep in contact with my cutomers even after everything is final. The main thing is you have to feel confortable with who you are dealing with
