- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For our Photo Booth booking we can have a phone or 'FaceTime' consultation to go over animations and customizations. For Our Wedding Photography/Videography Bookings I generally like to sit down over Coffee and meet with couples to see if we are the perfect fit for their vision of the big day, if this doesn't work we will generally meet by phone for 2-3 planning calls to go over details and timelines!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Team is made up of seasoned industry pros! I personally have a double Major in Photography and Event Planning, while all of my staff has formal Photography and Events training and more that 10 years experience each in the industry.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We Have worked with Happy Brides as well as many Corporate clients, and local Chambers of Commerce for their events. We are also Partners in Education sponsoring our local school throughout the year.
