Alex did a great job of pressure washing and sealing and sanding my driveway and patio pavers. He was knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. At my request, he willingly returned 2 weeks after for a follow up inspection to ensure that everything was as it should be.

Professional, courteous, well spoken, best services I've ever had! Did our pipe furniture better than when it was new! Pavers and flower bed edging perfectly clean. We have Astro turf and he was very careful knew his products and made our home beautiful and clean! I will set up a 6 month schedule and he will be doing our rental house too! He said"my pleasure" and NOT no problem he is stellar with customer service!

Alex was professional, prompt, fast, and ridiculously likeable! The driveway looks awesome and the deck that had five years of mold and mildew on it looks brand new! I will ONLY use Alex for pressure washing, roof cleaning, and paver sealing from now on.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Jobs are always different because of this I offer free estimates to everyone.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon initial contact with the customer I like to walk the property with them. This allows me to better understand what needs to be done. Once I know exactly what is required of me I get to work. Once everything is done I like to walk the property with the customer one more time just to make sure all is done as expected.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a UCF Graduate with Hospitality Management. I have always enjoyed working with people and making them happy.
