- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
What really sets us apart is that we only ever charge two fees, never more: the first is our monthly management fee and the second is a resident placement fee if your property is vacant. Our monthly management is 8% of the monthly rent collected (or 10% for a single property), we cap this at $149 no matter the rent. For resident placement, we guarantee our residents for the lease duration for 75% of one month’s, meaning we’ll find you a new resident free of charge should they leave before the lease is up. What is more important to mention is that there are no hidden fees or markups. So you will never be charged for things like lease renewals, start-up fees, cancellation fees, inspection fees, or anything else.
