Depending on the service we may charge by the hour or by the activity.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With each new customer we like introduce our services and determine what cleaning services are needed as well as what program of cleaning best suites your home or business. We want to take the headache of continual maintenance off your shoulders and provide consistent and regular service based on your needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our techs are trained and tested according to industry standards as well as our in-house standards and procedures. This training is initially done in our office in a class room setting using videos, worksheets and live instructors. The training continues in the field with continual on the job training. A lead is assigned to train until they are fully comfortable with the new hire's ability, knowledge and judgemet. We give our tech all the resources they need to provide excellent service.
