On the Day of Service: 1. You’ll get a message from our technician with a precise ETA. 2. If you’re home, we’ll chat with you briefly to confirm expectations. 3. Then we get to work! If you’re not home, no worries — we take detailed before-and-after photos and send your invoice online.
