These guys are AMAZING! I have tried many AC companies in Central Florida yet none came close to Altier. They are truly a "Family Owned Business" and you realize that from the moment they answer the phone. They fixed my issues that have caused me headaches for some time now and saved me from spending even more money with the "big name companies" who have tried to fix the problem three times with no luck. Altier AC & Heating is a great company, but that doesn't mean much to me if the service is lacking. Good News! The attentiveness of their customer service dept. is fantastic. Also, most importantly, their service reps are knowledgeable, polished, and get the job done quickly with no nonsense. I have used them now for over 2 years, at multiple properties (4 to date), and every time they WOW me. If you're not using them, you're losing money and probably sweating in this FL heat. I have to go now...to turn my thermostat up...too cold inside...90 degrees + outside though.

How long have you been in business? Are you insured? What are you replacing? A professional top quality install always replaces the copper refrigerant lines, drain line, and thermostat. The air handler platform should be leveled and usually rebuilt.
