- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our quotes include normal business and booking costs; there is no separate Thumbtack lead fee. Starting labor rates for standard, ready surfaces: wallpaper installation $2.75-$4.50 per wall sq. ft. ($299 minimum); small wallpaper repairs from $149; wallpaper removal from $199 for a partial room or $299 for one room (single layer, up to 200 wall sq. ft.), with larger rooms and difficult removal quoted after inspection. Interior painting from $299 for standard small-room walls; ceramic tile $6-$9 per sq. ft. ($399 minimum), porcelain $8-$12, and backsplashes $15-$25 ($449 minimum). Decorative wall panels $4-$7 per sq. ft. ($349 minimum). Interior design is $85/hour. Garage design, tile floors, wall panels and LED upgrades are priced by measured scope; the $99 garage on-site estimate fee is waived if hired. LED trim installation starts at $8-$15 per linear ft. ($249 minimum); products and any regulated electrical work are quoted separately through appropriately licensed professionals. Materials, demolition, major surface repairs, permits and specialty work are additional unless included in your written quote. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with your brief: photos, measurements, location, goals, budget, and timing. Next we develop the scope and design direction, discuss layouts and finishes, and review material options. We help organize HOA or landlord requirements when needed. Installation is coordinated with qualified partners; regulated work goes to appropriately licensed professionals. You review the plan and approve the next steps.
