Sam and his team were a true pleasure. Very reasonably priced and the job is meticulous! I could not have asked for a better team to complete our entire house (3,531 sq ft). They removed carpet and tile from the entire house and stairs to replace it with polished porcelain tile and my floors/stairs look marvelous and grand! They also installed a medallion in my foyer as well as backsplash in my kitchen! Thank you Sam and team for such a perfect job! We are thrilled and have no complaints!

Lima's did such an amazing job. Before the appointmebt, he told me what supplies to purchase and he arrived on time to repair about 6 to 8 lifted and broken tiles. The best part was that he cleaned up his mess and the tenant were very happy. I will hire him again.
