- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I bid on what the job will need i also offer discounts on multipe jobs. I honestly try to keep bill as affordable as possible. I usually bid interior painting at 150 a room labor. Tile work is 1.25 a sq ft for floors. 3.00 a sq ft for backsplashes and decorative tils inless its glass. Laminate at .90a sq ft i slso offer. Hourly daily and weekly rates for both small and big projects. I do adjust orices for multiple projects. And i also offer discounts for veterans
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I give a rough estimate then an accurare price when i see job. There are always unknowns that can factor in with remodeling
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing remodeling for 25years everything from painting drywall flooring kitchens and bathrooms
