- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our concepts are priced according to a very competitive flat rate based on the size of the space, and we offer a wide range of deals that are custom tailored to fit your needs exactly, while keeping in mind your budget as it is.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We walk our clients (over a phone call) through the phases of the job and estimated cost based on factors we learn from the client. We then setup a consultation visit, often at the space that will be worked on in order to take measurments, photos and notes directly from our clients, and the agreement is presented during the commitment-free consultation. Our goal is to guarantee your satisfaction through our clear and simple process, along with the value we strive to offer.

Our team includes highly trained individuals that strive for excellence in the field of interior design, and they're very passionate and dedicated to every project until the vision becomes a reality. With collective certifications in interior design, 3D modeling and color; our designers represent the diversity and harmony we bring into our every design.
