- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I quote every project custom and as efficiently as possible. Marketing can become diluted— and expensive— if you try to do everything for everyone, so I'll only include things that I believe will truly drive results.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a short kickoff call or chat where we talk about your business goals, audience, and style preferences. Then I create a clear plan and timeline so you always know what’s coming next. My process is designed to be simple, collaborative, and stress-free— even if tech and design aren’t your thing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor of Arts in public relations and more than a decade of hands-on marketing experience working with businesses of all sizes.
