- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A customer should know that I am flexible with prices but im also not a pushover. I know the value of my work and I am not afraid to stand up for my worth.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is to get an understanding over the phone or via email. I usually like to meet and have discussions further if possible, draft contracts and then execute.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been through courses on Udemy.com as well as hours of youtube research. Although I still have much to learn in this art, I know enough to bring imaginations to photos.
