The very, very best--and whoever is second, it's not even close. He knows houses at the level of a professor, across every element, and is deeply respected by subcontractors across fields. The value he delivers is extraordinary. He is insightful, honest, kind, frank, action-oriented, value-conscious, and delivers work of impeccable quality. It is a blessing that I was able to hire him for a fixer-upper home 15 years ago, and that I have been able to call on him for housing projects big and small in the years since.
