FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price we give you is the price for your photography event, your hand-edited final, access to them online in a private and password protected online gallery, and printing rights.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The initial contact is made, usually via mail or phone. For weddings we usually have a phone call or in person meeting where we go over the timeline and important shots. Once that is completed we love to start a Pinterest board with clients to review some shot ideas. For brides I will also require what is called a as "shot list". A shot list entails who they want photos of and with during their event, especially during their cocktail hour with formal poses.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are always learning about new camera equipment and photo techniques in our field, but nothing can replace the genuine experience we have with our clients. Lead Photographer Liz Scavilla formally studied under Professor Ginger Sheridan at Jacksonville University where she received a B.A. We are also fully insured.
