I highly recommend Jil & Yad General Contractors. I had recently purchased a new home, built in 1946. While the home had good bones it was in desperate need of a kitchen revamp. David was great coming over multiple times prior to having an agreement to scope out the project. What was above and beyond was his level of communication. He made sure prior to starting, and through the entire project, that we were on the same page and there were no gray areas. The space was challenging because it was small. Appliances needed to be moved, and only fit through the bar opening in the wall. The walls themselves were very old and crumbling. This was a challenging remodel for any contractor and David and his crew handled it with no issues. The project was completed in a short time frame, on time, and within budget. He even helped with my 70lb husky who decided to take a stroll a couple times while they were working. I am very happy with what was delivered. I will be using them again for future projects on my home.
