- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer different packages depending on what you are looking for. It's best to let me know all the details so I can give you the best deal. I can work with a budget if you let me know up front.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a client has reached out to me, I like to get a general overview of what they are looking for. I like to follow up with a brief phone call to sort out the rest of the details. Once we come to an agreement, I email a contract listing the payment and services provided. I provide images within 7-14 days of the shoot.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor of Science in Social Science where I took a lot of psychology and sociology classes which help me better relate to clients. It's not just about taking pictures for me, it's about helping clients feel comfortable and capturing their story.
