I am extremely pleased with the tile flooring installation completed in my home. The quality of workmanship, attention to detail, and overall finish exceeded my expectations. The tiles were installed with precision, resulting in a clean, uniform, and professional appearance.

Equally impressive was the team's responsiveness, customer service, and collaborative approach throughout the project. The entire crew worked exceptionally well together, demonstrating great coordination, professionalism, and a shared commitment to delivering high-quality results. Communication was prompt, questions and concerns were addressed in a timely manner, and the team was consistently attentive to my needs and expectations.

The project was handled smoothly from start to finish, reflecting excellent teamwork, dedication, and pride in their work. The final result has significantly enhanced the appearance of my home. I truly appreciate the outstanding workmanship and customer service and would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliable, affordable, professional, and skilled tile installation team.

Details: Kitchen • Living room • Bathroom • Hallway • Floor • 301 - 400 sq ft • Ceramic • No, but I will buy the tiles myself

We had a whole house remodel done by Prime Construct. 2 new bathrooms, flooring, paint, entry doors and closet doors, backsplash ect. I cannot speak highly enough of this company and the gentlemen that came to work every day! The craftsmanship, attention to detail, work ethic and professionalism is top notch! I would not hesitate to recommend this company nor hire them again for another job! If you are looking for a great company and a great experience, look no further!

Details: Multiple room remodel • Bathroom • Entire house • No existing plans, but have a good idea of what I want • No, the project is not covered by an insurance claim • Within the month • Owner

Aug 2, 2026: This is my REVISED review of Prime Construction. Initially, I gave them one star because they took 3 weeks (they estimated 5-7 days) to complete a very small bathroom renovation. There were several days when no one showed up.
After my bad review, they totally stepped up their service: the workers arrived on-time every day, the foreman greatly improved his communication, and completed the bathroom in 3 days as opposed to another additional week of messy construction. Although, the workers did leave some trash in our garage that we had to cleanup ourselves, the workers finally completed a great job and we have a beautiful new bathroom!!
We especially want to thank Pedro, the foreman, for coordinating the workmen and finally complete the job! The actual construction was top-notch and we love our new bathroom!

July 28, 2026: Harold from Prime Construction seemed very professional at first. Unfortunately, I never got to meet him. Because he NEVER CAME to the worksite!! Harold texted me (he is unable to call from Brazil) that he is debilitated and unable to visit the worksites. Pedro (the foreman) told me that Harold was in Brazil caring for his sickly mother.
RARELY did any of his workmen speak English, only Portuguese. We had to communicate via a Google Translate! And although the work was very well done, a 5 day job turned into a 3 WEEK job!! Only ONE worker came to the house at a time. And the work was EXTREMELY slow.
There did not seem to be any kind of organization or planning to make installation more efficient. I do NOT recommend this contractor. POOR COMMUNICATION SKILLS. MOST OF THE TIME, THEY DID NOT ANSWER THE PHONE AND WERE NOT AVAILABLE. EXTREMELY INEFFICIENT AND SLOW.

I needed an emergency repair of my floor in the bathroom that was rotting at my rental property. I am so satisfied with the speed of the project, the price, and the quality of work. Will definitely be booking again for bigger projects.

Prime Construction did two jobs for me, a repair job and an installation in another room. They were prompt, professional, and did a perfect job. Their installer, Diego, was polite, friendly, and great to work with. I am picky about contractors, and Prime Construction did great. I recommend them and would use them again!
