- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is transparent and discussed before your appointment. Florida notarial acts are charged according to state law, and a separate travel fee may apply depending on your location. Same-day, after-hours, weekend, and holiday appointments may include an additional convenience fee. There are no hidden charges.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you contact me, I’ll ask a few questions about your appointment, including the type of document, your location, and your preferred date and time. I’ll explain the fees upfront, confirm that you have a valid government-issued photo ID, and remind you not to sign your document before I arrive unless instructed otherwise. At the appointment, I’ll verify your identity, complete the appropriate notarial act, and ensure everything is completed professionally and efficiently.

I am a commissioned Florida Notary Public and stay informed on Florida notary laws and best practices. I am committed to providing professional, accurate, and ethical notary services while ensuring every notarization follows state requirements.
