- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We carefully evaluate each project to provide the best possible price based on the quality of materials and workmanship we deliver. Our pricing is fair and competitive, and we are always transparent about costs before starting any project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we schedule an on-site visit to understand exactly what the client wants and assess the scope of work. After that, we prepare a detailed estimate and send it by email. Once the estimate is approved, it automatically becomes an invoice and we schedule the project start date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 16 years of hands-on experience in the renovation industry and 6 years since founding our company. Our knowledge comes from practical experience and continuous improvement in our trade.
