Honestly, I did not hire them because they were honest with me up front and told me not to waste my money on an outdated audio system. They could have sold me something but instead, they were honest and saved me money and they totally have my respect for that.

Dean was great in answering my question the employee who came over to propose the estimate was very professional as well & respected my property answering all my questions. My issue is with a $5000 estimate to upgrade my panel and add an EV outlet. Ouch ! That’s the highest estimate I’ve gotten by a mile. I received an estimate for $1600 for the same work by another electrician. Not sure why it’s 3x more I am actually surprised in the big difference it’s actually disappointing I felt very comfortable with the employee doing the estimate, wanted to hire him plus I am need of other electrical work at my place since I want to add can lights as well. The estimate was given to me over the phone by dean. They are just too expensive especially when others doing the same work are 3x cheaper.

Sorry to hear our price was too high for you. But safety and passing inspection are our main focus. And yes, anybody can come and say it will cost you $1,600 but it's a matter of getting it done and not put you in danger. From what our technician saw, a lot of things would need to be upgraded since the panel and wiring is so old. Plus the additional works you was looking to get done. If we had a chance to send you our estimate you would have saw the breakdowns of everything and how much everything cost as well. But when we spoke on the phone, it was a ballpark to give you an idea. But thank you for giving us a chance to bid on your project.
