Destroyed my property. I hired this company to correct flooding and drainage problems, as well as to power wash and seal my pavers front and back . My home is up for sale and I wanted to correct problems and improve the appearance in order to get the best possible price and sell my home in the best possible condition. the owner of the company lied to me and deceived me about his abilities and what he was going to do. The drainage and flooding problems were not improved at all . He promised me that he would create a drain in the backyard area and never created the drain. He assured me that he would regrade the pavers in the backyard area and never regraded the pavers so I am still getting flooding. He applied a polymeric sand, called polysand, that destroyed all of my pavers in my driveway area and my pool area. He turned my beautiful home into an eyesore. Do not hire or trust this company. After a thorough investigation by the DBPR, and The Palm Beach County, Dept. of Licensure and Enforcement, it turned out that the owner of this company, Mr. Cory Hanlon, and the company itself, is not licensed to do pavers, paver systems, Polysand, paver sealants,or anything else related to pavers. As a matter of fact, no licensure was found, either at the State or County levels, on Mr. Cory Hanlon, or this company. The owner, Mr. Cory Hanlon, was not telling me the truth, about his licensure, certification, experience, or credentials, when he was hired. He told me he was experienced and licensed, specifically in paver systems, paver drainage issue, paver sealants, and poly sand. This all turned out to be untrue, as verified by the State and County investigations. Mr. Cory Hanlon, and his company, Exotic Environments Landscaping, LLC, have been sanctioned, fined, and given a citation by Palm Beach County. Cory and Amy Hanlon, refuse to refund any of my money, that was defrauded from me. This company is fully responsible for the extensive, catastrophic damages caused to my home, as direct result of incompetence, lack of experience, fraud, deceit, and unlicensed activities.. The case is now in the jurisdiction of the Palm Beach County Department of Consumer Affairs . Should they fail to negotiate an acceptable resolution to all of the damages caused to my home by Cory Hanlon and Amy Hanlon's company, Exotic Environments Landscaping, LLC, then we will be headed to Civil Court. I will update this as needed.
