- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Always trying to give my costumers a fair price for an excellent service. I give my costumers options, if they want to include materials cost on the estimate or not
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After they contact me, I set up an appointment on side or project. After that, I sent them an email with an estimate and then we can set up a starting date if everything works for both of us.
