Introduction: I'm certified to teach the newly popular PIYO - which is a apilates & Yoga Flow core Strength private session. I'm also a certified personal trainer. When I meet a client for the first time and they are very tight and restricted. After approx 3 private sessions I notice a positive change in their confidence, posture, and overall ability to be more involved and focused.
