My siblings and I hired Chef Thomas to cook for my parents and make them a lovely special dinner in honor of my mother's 75th birthday. He made them a fantastic dinner and served it to them in their home. My dad is a picky and light eater and he ate every morsel off of his plate! Both my parents were thrilled with the specialness of having Chef Thomas cook for them and truly enjoyed spending time with him. I *loved* seeing the pictures of my parents enjoying themselves!!
In addition to the meal he served to them, he prepared a combination of entrees and sides and for their fridge and freezer with specific instructions of how to reheat. Overall, an excellent experience and I've approached Chef Thomas in order to set up Round 2!!

Due to a change in plans we were, unfortunately, unable to hire Chef Thomas; however, my experience with him was outstanding. He was very quick to respond - called me almost immediately! - and really took the time to understand what I was looking for and use that to come up with a mouthwatering menu. His pricing was very fair and transparent. No guessing on whether or not we were actually getting a good deal. He is easy to get in contact with and very responsive. I am so disappointed we weren't able to hire him but if I ever find myself in Miami again looking for a chef or caterer, Chef Thomas will be my first call. Highly recommend!

Chef Thomas was amazing. Not only was the food incredible but he was able to work up a menu based off of a hunt we did. I cannot say enough about his personality and ability to make an event unforgettable.
