I have a master's degree in computer technology education and have extensive experience in Corporate America supporting PCs, laptops, tablets, scanners, phones and printers. I am happy to come to your home and teach you to master your computer, working at your own pace. I want you to feel totally at ease (no stress) using your computer. Learning and understanding a computer can be scary but I can help build your confidence, make you feel empowered. I demonstrate in nontechnical terms (senior citizen language), so you can understand me (since I am a senior myself). I can talk to vendors (like Dell, IBM, Lenovo, HP, etc.) for you, since I know the technical terms. I do not sell computers, but am happy to help and make recommendations at your request. I can also do hardware and software installations, and troubleshooting.
