We decided to have Christmas catered due to so many people coming, Mr. Esposito did a fantastic job. We had ziti/meatballs, steak with peppers/onions (my favorite) eggplant, chicken parm, my husbands favorite & an appetizer. Everything was excellent, people raved about the food, I gave his number out to 3 different families that attended. He & his wife went above and beyond for us. It makes so much more sense seeing as their prices are so reasonable to have them cater, all I did was warm the food according to Mr. Esposito's directions. Both were so easy to work with, helped me with amount of food needed & choices seeing as we were having children also. Next party they will be my first call, it would've cost me more to purchase the food, time to cook it, clean up and enjoy my company. Thank you Mr. & Mrs. Esposito!!!

Using Esposito's Toscana Catering is officially our new Christmas tradition. For the last 2 years, I've had the pleasure of sharing Lisa & Vinnie's amazing food with a houseful of hungry Italians. And for the second year, we were NOT disappointed. Everything was wonderful, from the chicken parm, chicken marsala and eggplant rollatini to the Mediterranean steak and cannolis. It is obvious Lisa & Vinnie cook from the heart and absolutely love what they do.

The cookies that we ordered where delicious, I didn't want to bake for Christmas, I picked them up Christmas Eve they where so good I sent Lisa a text that I should of ordered more

We asked Esposito's Catering to cater a family reunion and they did an amazing job! Our entire family was so impressed by the food. They made us look like we spent a ton of money to provide the food, but in reality it was unbelievably affordable. We will definitely use this caterer again for ALL of our functions.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Again as state before each client has specific needs and desires . Once I recognize what exactly we are creating for the client I price it out and try to always ask what budget we are starting with and TRY to stay within that without cutting flavors.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
everyday at college , and in 2015 I will be training In Italy for 12 weeks in Tuscany and Naples.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Born into it. In my Bloodline. The story of My great uncle;However, modern pizza has been attributed to baker Raffaele Esposito of Naples. In 1889, Esposito who owned a restaurant called the Pizzeria di Pietro baked what he called "pizza" especially for the visit of Italian King Umberto I and Queen Margherita. This is now known as the Margherita Pizza which has tomatoes, mozzarella and basil The colors of the Italian flag.
