EJ installed a grab bar on the tile in our shower. He did an excellent job. He was fast and his price was fair. We will hire him again.

I would like to give Ehren more stars because I liked him and his Dad. Ehren did a good job with the drywall, the tile installation and his dad Jim did a great job with the electric and plumbing. The decorative tile in the shower area is a little wonky in spots. It doesn’t all sit flush. He had to regrout the shower because the grout was rough and uneven, which he did. He installed a transition piece which originally hung over the curb a good 2”. I caught my toe on it leaving the shower after inspecting the new grout, he fixed it by adding tile to make it flush with he transition piece he installed. Not exactly what I had in mind, but okay. I was content with the appearance of his work, in fact overall his tile work looks very pretty. Where he really went wrong was installing the $900 sliding frameless shower door. He installed the stabilizer bar, the upper bar on which the entire door fitting relies on, and on which the rollers roll, was installed with one end higher then the other, the bottom bar is also installed unevenly so the doors are much wider apart then they should be. One door is approximately 2" higher than the other. They aren’t level by any stretch of the imagination. He used gobs of white caulk to install the upper stabilizing bar and it looks awful. What was supposed to be the center piece of an expensive bathroom remodel looks like a careless afterthought. The handle on the door is higher at one end than on the other and the top of the handle was not properly installed and pulls away from the door. The entire door is uneven, the handle would not stay on. The installation is so bad that the top side is further from the edge then the bottom, the critical stabilizer bar unevenly hung and the bottom track uneven as well. So badly that the glass rubs. The day he installed the door was his last day, he did not let us know he was leaving and did not do a walk through, in fact he left every day without touching base with us. Although Jim did a walk through for the electric and plumbing. When I asked Ehren about the door, he said the handle arrived damaged. He never mentioned the “damaged” shower door handle. I asked him via text about repairing the installation errors on the shower door and thats when he mentioned the handle arrived damaged. On the last day I asked him to breakdown all the boxes and get rid of the construction debris he threw into our yard. He said he would take care of everything. He didn’t clean up and left a garbage can so full and heavy that we had to partially unload it into another bag to move it. He did not breakdown the boxes and my husband had to spend 2 hours in the heat doing that. He also left a mess of construction debris in our yard. Ehren’s response to my frantic complaints is word for word…”I can adjust door top a little at the wheels and move the threshold. The middle reveal can’t be move it’s tight to each side of the walls for sealing of the walls. The handle we will have to see if they can send another one not damage were screw goes into. Yes I can stop by Tuesday. N the morning pick up trash and debri. Then I can take a look at the issues.” In other words he can’t or won’t reinstall it?? In all fairness I will say that the door was not in the original quote, neither was the electric or plumbing. I paid him an additional $1,000 for the additional work bringing the total labor to $5600 with an additional supplies charge of $855. I purchased the vanity, sconces, toilet, tile, some hardie plank and drywall. We’ve been back and forth angrier and angrier most of the day, I threatened him with small claims court if the expensive glass shower door could not be safely removed and reinstalled correctly and he threatened to sue me for defamation of character if I posted a negative review.

Clebio was fantastic. He did everything he told us, exactly when and how he said when he first looked at the job. He was fun to work with and I won't do another project without offering it to him first. He has the knowledge and skills of a seasoned professional, but knows all the newer tricks of the trade, as well. Every detail from the prep to cleaning the tile, to replacing molding was done with full effort to maximize the project's success for my wife and I. My neighbor saw his work and now is working with him on a project 5 times bigger than mine.

Mr. Delgado installed tiles in three rooms of my house. All were porcelain tiles and had patterns that required attention to detail and accuracy. He and his crew did a phenomenal job with the installations, clean up and disposal of extraneous materials and removal of previous flooring. I highly recommend Ecua tile.
