What can I say about Jason's service! In a word: FANTASTIC! I had a budget of $1500. I had about 10 folks from Thumbtack reach out to me and I interviewed them all. I wanted a website that would automate a ton of stuff - a page for my different presentation dates, registration and ecommerce pages, send out Zoom link and handouts, send certificate of attendance when the customer finished the course, etc. I got quotes from $1500 to $6000. Jason came in at $1650. What had me picking Jason was his detailed work proposal. Most other folks gave me a generic proposal - "we'll desogn something that fits your needs" type of thing. In contrast, Jason gave me a lot of specifics on what he would do in order to accomplish my goals.
Then the work got started. I met with Jason frequently and reviewed everything from font size to colors to content. When it was done enough to use for actual customers, I almost cried because of how much it took off my plate! All the ticky tacky minutiae, done for me! As customers identified concerns or issues, Jason has been a wonderful support, addressing glitches, helping me with customer requests to be rescheduled, etc. And he's giving me a Manual so I can do more on my own (even though he is very responsive, I want to do things myself when I can).
I've been so pleased with his work, I am looking to contract with him for additional work. And I have referred him to other people who have asked about getting their own website. I can't say enough about Jason and his work. Really appreciate all he's done so far!

We needed to completely revamp the website for our pizzeria, and our timeline was a little over a week before our 2nd location would open. We found Nebula Media LLC through Thumbtack.com and were immediately impressed. The other web designers who responded to us gave us quotes without even knowing what our vision was - not Jason. Jason requested a phone call/meeting to discuss our needs for our website before giving us a quote that fit our budget. He was very professional and responded to emails/texts/phone calls in a timely manner. Even though he had only a week to produce what we needed, he managed to make it happen in the midst of his other projects and provide us with a great website. We enjoyed working with Jason and highly recommend Nebula Media LLC!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customized websites from $1500.
Custom website/theme development from $4000.
Custom eCommerce sites from $5000.
Text-only logos and logo recreation from $300.

Google Profile/Online Presence from $150.
Google Ads Setup and Management from $200/mo.
Due to the complex nature of both graphic design and web design/development, standard pricing is not possible. There are just too many variables within each project. However, we do have a standardized system we use to calculate the cost of each project based on the specific needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have developed a process which has led to our success. Firstly, we listen and endeavor to understand the individual needs of our clients. We then strategize and brainstorm ideas and present them to our clients. After presenting our strategy, we get feedback and then design and deliver, all the while getting more feedback to make sure we are on the right track. One of the most overlooked aspects of any project is ongoing support. We are here and continue to support our clients long after their projects are completed.

16+ Years Experience in web development and design, branding/logo design, SEO. 8+ years experience with Google Ads, Social Media Marketing (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
