They did a fantastic job with our turf. They got us scheduled quickly and the guys were punctual every day. They also cleaned up really well after having to remove lots of grass/dirt. Janeva was also super professional and responsive to small changes that needed to be made. Their pricing was really fair as well.

We had our old clay tennis court(inherited from previous owners & not maintained) that needed new life. It was an eyesore. We met with Janeva & she was professional, took measurements, listened to our wants and needs, she also gave suggestions. Her Father, Johnny came out after we decided to work with their team. We narrowed down wants, pricing, & goals. It took a little over 7 wks and it is perfection. We have a resort in our own backyard. The pickleball court I searched online was something that they felt they could easily use as we did not want concrete. The other parts of adding the turf, a 12ft chain link fence to keep wildlife out(we live near a preserve), & a putting green for fun, & lastly we created a firepit seating area. We still have room for raised bed gardens as well as potted trees. We are very happy & satisfied with this company & I highly recommend them! There has not been a day we have not used this space since its completion.

Johnny and his team at Florida Artificial Grass are absolutely incredible. This is the third house they’ve done for me, and once again they exceeded every expectation. He created the putting green of my son’s dreams — complete with a fantastic chipping area idea that we never would have thought of on our own.
Johnny even pulled off a tough deadline for our Halloween party, staying late to make sure everything was finished in time and looked perfect. The quality, professionalism, and attention to detail are unmatched.
Highly recommend Florida Artificial Grass for anyone looking for top-notch turf or custom putting greens!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very fair, we take a lot of extra steps during installation that other companies may shortcut (or not do at all), It saves others companies money and time not to put these items in, but in the long run, the artificial turf will not last as long, and it will not keep that great look without the proper amount of infill and composite nailer board to keep the edges secure and tight.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet with customer, ask them what is the reason they want artificial grass (kids play area, dog run, or just maintenance free pretty lawn) then we show then the best products to meet those requirements. We offer financing on projects and general contracting services if needed as well ( One of the owners has been a Licensed Certified General Contractor for 20 years in Florida) We can help with French drains, stump removal, concrete removal , etc. Seawall and Foundation repair too.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
One owner has to take 16 hours of continuing education every 2 years to keep active CGC license. All crew members have been through thorough training in the factory and in the field. Rod Co-owner is OSHA certified and has worked on NFL pro fields and FIFA soccer field 300,000 sq/ft. All of our crew have been trained on equipment, trailers, tools, artificial grass products, etc.
