Hired Chef Frank to cook a meal for my Mom as a birthday present. First experience with something like this. She enjoyed the preparation in her kitchen and said the meal was good. My parents are diabetic so the menu was zuchini noodles in a tomato based sauce, chicken vesuvio (not spicy), and roasted cauliflower. Chef Frank was very professional and quick to respond to all queries. He was flexible in scheduling and location and considerate given that we were in the middle of moving houses.
