- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is a $5 discount if the customer comes to my location in the East Lake area of Palm Harbor.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Primarily, I have provided in-home Mobile Notary Signing Services for title companies to customers living in Pinellas, Pasco & Hillsborough Counties since 1999. Most often, the docs have been sent to me in the form of edocs &, frequently, these closings have been scheduled at the last minute. Due to my flexible schedule, I offer efficient, professional & courteous service. I have also gone to hospitals, places of employment, restaurants, etc. for the convenience of the customer.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Experience is critical. Also, Notaries must maintain accurate records in case there is a discrepancy at some later date. Professionalism, punctuality, courtesy and a genuine understanding of the customer's objective are also very important qualities to look for in a Notary.
