FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should know that my pricing is transparent and tailored to the level of service they choose. In many cases, I earn commissions from hotels, cruises, or tour operators, so there’s no additional cost to the customer. For more complex or custom itineraries, I may charge a planning fee, which I’ll explain up front. I also have access to exclusive deals, package discounts, and insider rates that can offer better value than booking online. My goal is always to maximize your budget and provide added value through personalized service and expert advice.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As a travel agent, my typical process for working with a new customer begins with a consultation—either over the phone, via email, or in person—to understand their travel goals, budget, preferences, and any special requirements. Once I have a clear picture, I research and present customized itinerary options, including flights, accommodations, and experiences. We review and refine the details together until it’s just right. Once confirmed, I handle all bookings and provide travel documents, tips, and support. Throughout the process—and even while you're traveling—I’m available to assist with any changes or issues that come up.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I’ve worked with a wide range of customers, including solo travelers, couples, families, multi-generational groups, honeymooners, business travelers, and retirees. I’ve planned everything from quick weekend getaways and luxury vacations to destination weddings, group tours, and complex international itineraries. Whether it’s a first-time traveler needing guidance or a seasoned vacationer looking for something unique, I tailor each trip to fit their specific needs, style, and budget.
