Boot camp is a dynamic program that focuses on high-intensive indoor/outdoor exercises. We train rain or shine, as we accept no excuses. Our program is a combination of resistance training, cardiovascular training, sport specific and military drills, flexibility, core training, and loads of fun. By far, this is one of the best ways to get in shape fast. It is performed in a group-type environment with a personal touch of semi-private coaching. We limit the size our training groups to no more than 15 clients per class. We do this unlike many other programs that try to fit way too many people, sacrificing quality of service, proper guidance, and coaching just to make a quick buck. We, on the other hand, don't feel sacrificing our service will do any good to our business nor to your body. We respect and value your trust in our training programs. So, we give you the best exercise program, and we expect the best effort from you. When a person exercises in a controlled group, like our boot camp program, they have fun and train everyday functional movements. As a result, he or she is far more likely to exercise more often, eat better, have less injuries, lose weight, and drop body fat while toning, shaping, and gaining some muscle. You will learn to push yourself, mainly because it's only human nature to challenge yourself when you are in a group setting. Sure, not everyone is athletically inclined, but by being surrounded by a group of people who support and encourage you, you're naturally only going to do better. We have several alternatives to our boot camp schedule: - 6:00 a.m. -- Monday, Wednesday, and Friday - 9:30 a.m. -- Monday, Wednesday, and Friday - 5:30 p.m. -- Monday, Wednesday, and Friday Classes are held at FITLORENZO Training Center.
