- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to keep my pricing fair and honest. Every home is different, so I usually give quotes based on the size of your space and how much cleaning is needed. There are no hidden fees..what I quote is what you’ll pay. I also offer discounts for regular cleanings (weekly or bi-weekly) and for referrals!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start with a quick conversation—either by phone or message to understand what you’re looking for. Sometimes I’ll ask for a few photos or schedule a quick walkthrough, especially for deep cleans. Once we talk through everything, I’ll give you a price, and if it sounds good to you, we get you on the schedule. Simple and easy
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of my experience comes from years of hands-on work. I’ve learned what works best for different surfaces and spaces, and I always stay updated on safe, effective products. I’ve also worked with families who have allergies or pets, so I know how to adjust based on your needs.
