- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At the moment customize our pricing to each client based off of the severity of the situation and depending on what services and/or installations they would like installed within their home. We frequently have discounts running and regular discounts, for example, military service discounts, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule an appointment to inform our customers on the options that we best suggest that would benefit their homes and discuss which services they would like installed. Once they decide on which services they would like, we send over a FREE estimate for them to look over. Finally, we go ahead and schedule another appointment to install the systems within their homes.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We have a big family within our home and one day we had found out how truly contaminated and disgusting our house water was, we decided to research and learn more about the water filtration industry. Following our research we decided to open up a company to inform our community about the easy filtration options that could extremely impact the water within their home. Since then we have made it our goal to spread the message of "healthy water, healthy life".
