Introduction: I am a property manager for Summer Trace Apartments. I collect rents and fill empty apartments with individuals who passed background checks and qualified for Rental Assistance. I do weekly and monthly reports to the corporate. I do deposits, issue violations when needed, and do re-certifications on yearly basis for tenants who are already living in a complex. I supervise maintenance and contact vendors when needed. I stay within the budget guidelines. I handle all the problems from tenants.
