- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't believe my pricing system is complicated at all. I generally quote my price, with is all inclusive, including the domain name, hosting, design and minor changes for an entire year.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I read web and technology articles everyday, as well as attend online classes to increase and improve my abilities. With rapidly changing technology, those that don't will find themselves left behind.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I believe in personal relationships and not in treating my customers like a number. I think that when you hire someone to develop and/or host your website, they should be accessible. There are many businesses and individuals offering the same services I do, Some are better and more experienced than others, so ask plenty of questions. Look for your providers contact information, Make sure they have a phone number and address listed in there contact page. If all they have is a form to fill out, (and many do), I would steer clear of them.
