I was hearing noises in my attic at night just before I would go to bed. I called up Urban Critters and a nice man by the name Michael answered the phone. He went on to let me know it could be one of a few different Animals but from what I was describing it sounds like it could be rats! My worst nightmare! he assured me not to worry and he will stop by the next morning to do a free attic and roof inspection. He showed me the rat droppings in the attic and the multitude of areas they could enter to the attic. He sealed up all the areas set traps and removed 7 rats! I couldn’t believe it. He sent all before and after pictures, Gave me a 1 year warranty on areas sealed and I haven’t heard a sound in my attic since! Highly recommend Michael who was the owner of Urban Critters! Thank you again.
